Water Supply
The Board has one overhead water tank of one lakh gallon capacity with two borewells (one 12” dia and another 6” dia) of 25HP capacity each. Per capita supply of water is about 200 litres per day. Electro Mechanical Chlorinators have been installed at pump house.
1) Documents Required for New Water Connection :
Application form, Affidavit, Address Proof.
2) Charges for New Water Connection :
(i) Connection Fees- Rs 200
(ii) Supervision Fees – Rs. 100
(iii) Road Cutting Charge – Rs. 50 per running feet.
(iv) Security Money (Refundable) – Rs. 1500.
3) Water Tankers :
Cantonment Board Mathura has only 01 water tanker.
4) Cost of Water Tanker :
Inside Cantonment area
(i) For 02 hours halt : Rs. 150
(ii) For 02 hours to 06 hours : Rs. 300
(iii) Night halt : Rs. 500
(iv) Security Deposit (Refundable) : Rs. 500
Outside Cantonment area
(i) For 02 hours halt : Rs. 400
(ii) For 02 hours to 06 hours : Rs. 500
(iii) Night halt : Rs. 800
(iv) Security Deposit (Refundable) : Rs. 1000
